Together we cocreate a process in support of your unique journey.

Your personalized guidance might include meditation, ritual, expressive arts, somatic therapies, immersion in nature, ceremony, medicines, pilgrimage and possibly referral to a connected collective of integrative practitioners when helpful.

Sessions will begin remotely and continue in person. We will collaboratively develop a timeline and arc for your process.

To allow more dedicated focus for your experience, I limit the number of people I work with at one time.
