These sessions are offered to support you in meeting what is arising and
integrating illuminating life experiences.

I am available for grounding, reflection, and awareness for your process.

If you find yourself in a time of intensity or are in need of more immediate help,

1:1 Guidance

Together we co-create a process in support of your unique journey.

Your personalized guidance might include meditation, ritual, expressive arts, somatic therapies,
immersion in nature, ceremony, pilgrimage and possibly referral to
a connected collective of integrative practitioners when helpful.

Sessions will begin remotely and continue in person.
We will collaboratively develop a timeline and arc for your process.

To allow more dedication to your experience, I limit the number of people I work with at one time.
